Director of Academic Development shall:
Communicate with the scholarship chairs of each sorority.
Work with the CPA to set an all-sorority grade point average goal that exceeds the all-women’s grade point average on campus each semester.
Work closely with academic chairs from each chapter to provide support, share best practices, and develop initiatives that enhance the academic experience of sorority members.
Provide members with academic-specific event dates to be listed on the CPA calendar and newsletter including registration information and add/drop deadlines.
Organize study groups, tutoring sessions, and workshops that focus on academic skills such as time management, test preparation, and stress management.
Create and manage incentive programs that reward chapters and individuals for academic excellence, such as scholarships, awards, or academic recognition events.
Publicly recognize and celebrate individual and chapter-wide academic successes with the help of the VP of Public Relations through social media, newsletters, or special ceremonies.
Organize academic-related events, such as career panels, networking opportunities, and guest speakers that provide educational value to Panhellenic members.
Act as a liaison between sorority members and campus academic resources, helping members connect with tutoring, writing centers, and advising services.
Aide the Recruitment team in collecting GPA requirements for membership from each chapter.
Be familiar with the NPC Manual of Information, FSL Policy, and all governing documents of this Association.
Disaffiliate and serve as a door knocker during formal recruitment.
Perform all other duties as assigned.
Summary: The Director of Academic Development works directly with the VP of Operations and the Panhellenic community to help the council and chapters maintain a GPA that exceeds the all-women’s grade point average on campus. She does so by hosting study hours and other events geared towards best scholarship practices. This role will also recognize those members and chapters who exceed their goals and aid in the creation of a Panhellenic scholarship.

Director of Rho Gammas shall:
Assist the VP of Recruitment in administering the pre-, during, and post-recruitment duties of Formal Recruitment.
Make the Recruitment Guide calendar.
Coordinate the selection process of Rho Gammas, ensuring that they are well-suited to guide PNMs through recruitment with the help of the President, VP of Recruitment, and the Assistant Director of Fraternity and Sorority Life.
Create a curriculum for Recruitment Guide training with the Assistant Director of Fraternity and Sorority Life.
Organize and conduct comprehensive training sessions that prepare Rho Gammas for their role, covering recruitment rules, conflict resolution, communication skills, and support strategies.
Plan a Recruitment Guide off-campus retreat for the Spring semester in coordination with the Assistant Director of Fraternity and Sorority Life.
Plan activities and bonding events for Rho Gammas before recruitment to foster teamwork and ensure they are prepared to work as a cohesive unit.
Oversee Rho Gammas throughout the recruitment period, ensuring they fulfill their duties of guiding PNMs, providing unbiased advice, and supporting the overall recruitment process.
Act as the main point of contact for Rho Gammas, providing ongoing support, answering questions, and addressing any challenges they encounter during recruitment.
Ensure Rho Gammas maintain their disaffiliation from their respective chapters during recruitment, providing unbiased guidance to PNMs.
Send pre- and post-recruitment surveys to Rho Gammas to create a better experience for all involved.
Acknowledge and celebrate the hard work and dedication of Rho Gammas, possibly through awards or recognition events.
Be familiar with the NPC Manual of Information, FSL Policy, and all governing documents of this Association.
Disaffiliate during formal recruitment.
Perform all other duties as assigned.
Summary: The Director of Rho Gammas oversees all operations involving Rho Gammas before, during, and after primary recruitment including (but not limited to) the application/interview/selection process, education/training, bonding, and merchandise.

Director of Recruitment Marketing shall:
Create and implement marketing strategies to promote both formal and informal recruitment processes to attract PNMs.
Conduct recruitment marketing campaigns, including but not limited to, postcards, tabling, orientation events, etc.
Create flyers, banners, videos, and digital content to advertise recruitment events and showcase the benefits of joining a Panhellenic sorority.
Promote and market informational sessions and workshops that educate PNMs on the recruitment process and Panhellenic life.
Assist with marketing and publicizing formal and informal recruitment processes, ensuring clear communication with potential new members (PNMs).
Work closely with the VP of Public Relations to ensure consistent and aligned messaging across all platforms.
Work closely with the VP of Recruitment to ensure accurate information regarding recruitment is being marketed.
Organize and oversee the production of recruitment videos or media that highlight chapters and the Panhellenic experience.

Use marketing tools to maintain engagement with PNMs, answer questions, and provide information about recruitment events and procedures.
