The Judicial Board shall:
Be chaired by the VP of Operations with the Panhellenic President serving as an ex-officio member.
Consist of 1 member per active Panhellenic sorority on campus.
Ensure that all Panhellenic sororities adhere to the established recruitment rules, bylaws, and NPC guidelines, as well as any university policies that apply to the community.
Review and address any violations or infractions reported by chapters, the Panhellenic Council, or university administration, which can include issues like recruitment violations, hazing, or conduct breaches.

If a chapter is found to be in violation, the board recommends or imposes sanctions, which may include fines, probation, educational programs, or other corrective actions.

Uphold and encourage a culture of fairness, ethics, and mutual respect within the Panhellenic community, emphasizing the importance of following both the letter and spirit of Panhellenic standards.
Work with the VP of Operations to regularly assess and update judicial board procedures, guidelines, and sanctions to ensure they remain fair, transparent, and effective in maintaining community standards.
Ensure that all judicial board processes, hearings, and decisions remain confidential to protect the integrity of the process and the privacy of the involved parties.

The Panhellenic Marketing Committee shall:
Be chaired by the VP of Public Relations with the Panhellenic President serving as an ex-officio member.
Consist of 1 member per active Panhellenic sorority on campus.
Assist in creating and implementing comprehensive marketing plans to promote Panhellenic events, recruitment, and the overall sorority experience.
Work closely with the VP of Public Relations and the Director of Recruitment Marketing to develop marketing campaigns that attract potential new members (PNMs) and promote both formal and informal recruitment processes.
Help publicize various Panhellenic events such as educational programs, philanthropy efforts, and social activities, ensuring broad campus involvement and participation.
Generate engaging content that highlights the values, benefits, and achievements of the Panhellenic community, such as member spotlights, chapter successes, and philanthropy updates.
Partner with other student organizations, campus media, and university offices to cross-promote events and initiatives that align with Panhellenic's values and goals.
Ensure that all marketing efforts reflect the Panhellenic brand and promote a positive image of the council and its member organizations.
Table for Panhellenic and serve as an unbiased connection for PNM’s and other individuals interested in learning more about the Panhellenic community.
Serve as a face for Panhellenic when needed for promotional events for the Panhellenic and UTampa community.

Consist of 1 member per active Panhellenic sorority on campus.
Advocate for and promote DEI initiatives within the Panhellenic community, ensuring that all events, recruitment processes, and programs are inclusive and accessible to students of all backgrounds.
Help plan and organize workshops, seminars, and training sessions on topics such as cultural competence, implicit bias, and anti-discrimination to educate Panhellenic members about DEI issues.
Organize Panhellenic-wide events and initiatives, such as cultural celebrations, awareness campaigns, or community discussions, that promote equity and inclusion across the university.
Regularly review recruitment and chapter policies to ensure they align with DEI principles and make recommendations for changes to promote inclusivity.
Act as a resource for addressing concerns about bias, discrimination, or exclusion within the Panhellenic community, helping to resolve issues through dialogue or reporting processes.
Review feedback from Panhellenic members on DEI issues through surveys or roundtable discussions and use this data to shape future programming and policy changes.
Recognize and celebrate the diverse backgrounds, experiences, and identities of Panhellenic members through social media campaigns, spotlights, and events that highlight diversity within the community.

Be chaired by the VP of Philanthropic Services with the Panhellenic President serving as an ex-officio member.
Consist of 1 member per active Panhellenic sorority on campus.
Educate sorority members about the importance of philanthropy and service, and raise awareness for Circle of Sisterhood, the philanthropy supported by the Panhellenic community, through workshops, presentations, and discussions.
Help plan and organize various fundraising events and service projects to support Circle of Sisterhood, ensuring that each event aligns with the values of the Panhellenic community.
Set and monitor fundraising goals for the council, reporting on progress and celebrating achievements to motivate further participation and support.
Plan and execute specific philanthropy-themed weeks or months during the academic year, featuring various events and activities to promote charitable giving and involvement.
Foster connections with alumni and community members to encourage their involvement in philanthropic efforts and expand support networks for fundraising initiatives.
Work with individual sororities to encourage participation in philanthropy events and to track their involvement and contributions, fostering a sense of friendly competition and collaboration among chapters.
